Team MV Truck Racing: Building Momentum for 2026 and Beyond
As the dust settles on a spectacular 2025 British Truck Racing Championship season, one that saw Ryan Smith and Jake Evans claim their respective crowns at a sold-out Brands Hatch, with Ryan taking an unbelievable 10th consecutive title, the team at MV Truck Racing is already hard at work preparing for what promises to be a landmark 2026 campaign.

The British Truck Racing Championship remains at the heart of what we do, with the atmosphere, the fans, and the level of competition across it growing year by year thanks to sponsorship and support from across the sector. The final race weekend at Brands Hatch was a perfect reminder of that intensity, and perhaps also a reminder that the “non-contact” ethos of truck racing is more of a friendly suggestion than a hard rule. When everything’s on the line, it seems a bit of door-to-door persuasion is inevitable!
For spectators, it was pure entertainment; for teams, just a few extra dents to polish out before winter. Either way, it was truck racing at its finest.
Our 2026 campaign will focus on refining consistency, maximizing reliability, and unleashing the full potential of our new engine package. With a talented driver lineup and a committed crew behind the wheel, both literally and figuratively, we’re more determined than ever to climb the standings and challenge for silverware.

So, aside from the new engine, what else do we have up our sleeves?
Behind the scenes, our engineers and technical partners have been working on developing the new engine and pushing the limits of what’s possible, with the new engine starting to show promise as it enters the final stages of development.
Alongside our technical developments, we’re also looking to be turning heads with a brand-new livery for the 2026 season. Fans can also look forward to new team wear that captures the same energy and professionalism we bring to the paddock. It’s all part of a fresh chapter that will see us standing taller than ever, both on and off the track.
We’re also thrilled to be announcing new sponsors who are joining the MV Truck Racing family for the upcoming season. Their support is helping us power forward, innovate, and continue to grow as a team, and we can’t wait to showcase their brands on our new-look machines in 2026.
While the British circuits remain home, our ambitions don’t stop at the Channel. The team is also exploring opportunities to compete across Europe in 2026 and beyond.

European truck racing presents thrilling new challenges, iconic tracks, passionate fans, and an even broader technical playing field. From the unbelievable hospitality of Zolder to the greatest racing event of the truck calendar in Germany, Europe’s truck racing scene is bursting with potential, and we’re eager to test ourselves against it. Nothing has been decided yet, but we are actively exploring our options.
It’s an exciting prospect: taking the MV Truck Racing brand to a wider stage while flying the flag for British engineering and determination from our little shed in Grantham.
Before we look too far ahead, we want to take a moment to say a huge thank you to everyone who supported us throughout 2025, from sponsors and partners to family, friends, and the incredible fans who cheered us on at every circuit.
Brands Hatch once again delivered a perfect season finale, full of thrills, spills, and that unmistakable electric atmosphere that makes it the crown jewel of the BTRC calendar.

With a nearly finished new race engine, an all-new look, fresh sponsorships, and big ambitions both at home and abroad, MV Truck Racing is primed for an incredible 2026 season.
The past year laid the groundwork; the next will be about performance, progress, and pushing boundaries.
Stay tuned.
