Get Ready to #TaketheTour at Scotplant 2026 with MV Commercial
ScotPlant 2026 is shaping up to be a big one for us at MV Commercial, and this year we are doing something a little different.

ScotPlant 2026 is shaping up to be a big one for us at MV Commercial, and this year we are doing something a little different.
Our message this your is Take the Tour, and is all about giving visitors a genuine feel for what happens behind the scenes at our crane truck build facilities. Not everyone gets the chance to visit us in person, so we are bringing that experience directly to the show.
Bringing the Factory to ScotPlant
Building a crane truck is not just about fitting a crane to a chassis. It is a detailed process that involves design, engineering, fabrication, and precise installation. Every build is different, and every customer has their own requirements.
At ScotPlant, we are giving visitors the opportunity to step into that process.
Through our stand experience, you will be able to follow the journey of a crane truck from concept through to completion. You will see how our teams approach each stage, how we solve challenges, and how we ensure every vehicle leaves our facility ready to perform in the real world.

A Strong Line-Up of Trucks and Trailers
Alongside the experience itself, we are bringing a solid range of equipment to the show.
Our display includes a wide selection of plant trucks, crane trucks, and trailers, all built to handle demanding applications. These are the kinds of vehicles our customers rely on every day, designed with durability, usability, and long-term performance in mind.
We are also pleased to be joined by Fruehauf, who will be showcasing their tipping trailers. Their range complements our builds perfectly and gives visitors a broader view of what is possible when it comes to transport and plant solutions.

The Standout Crane: Palfinger PK1050 TEC H
At the centre of our stand will be something special.
The Palfinger PK1050 TEC H crane, paired with the PJ150 E JV1 fly jib, is the standout piece of equipment we are bringing to ScotPlant this year. It is a serious bit of kit and a great example of what modern crane truck builds can achieve.
In practical terms, it delivers:
-
3,150kg at 22.3 metres without the jib
-
730kg at 34.9 metres with the fly jib
That kind of reach and lifting performance opens up a wide range of possibilities on site. It also highlights the level of precision required when integrating cranes of this scale into a truck build. From mounting and stability to control systems and usability, every detail matters.
Built Around Real-World Use
What we want people to take away from our stand is simple. This is not just about specifications on paper. It is about how these vehicles perform day in, day out.
Our crane truck builds are designed around how operators actually work. That means thinking about ease of use, safety, efficiency, and reliability from the very start. It is the reason so many customers come back to us when they need their next vehicle.

Your Growth Starts Here with MV Asset Finance
We also understand that investing in new equipment is a big decision.
That is why Emma from MV Asset Finance will be joining us on the stand. She will be available to talk through different funding options and help visitors find ways to grow their fleet without putting unnecessary pressure on cash flow.
Whether you are looking to expand, upgrade, or simply explore your options, it is a good opportunity to have that conversation face to face.
See It for Yourself
ScotPlant is always a great event for the industry, but for us this year it is about giving people a clearer picture of what we do and how we do it.
If you are attending, come and find us. Take a walk through the build process, get up close to the equipment, and have a chat with the team.
Most importantly, #TakeTheTour.
